We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. - Unopened & Unused Items: You can return items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Handling charge will apply at 30% of the unwanted item returned
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used items under any circumstances. This includes:
- Adult toys
- Opened lingerie
- Consumable products (e.g., lubricants)

Undelivered Orders:
